The aubergine color is even richer in person than on screen, exactly the deep plum I wanted for our bedroom. The linen felt a bit stiff straight out of the package but after one wash it softened beautifully, and the Oxford pillowcases give the bed that crisp, hotel-style finish.
The 40cm fitted sheet stays put even after a full night of tossing, which is rare for me. The aubergine color looks gorgeous in our bedroom lighting, deep and moody without feeling dark. Wrinkle factor is real, but that's just part of linen's charm.
